Q. My Subaru is a Japanese Import, how often should I have a service?

A. We would recommend that you service your car every 4000 miles.

Q. What does the service include & how much does it cost?

A. Our Service includes, changing of Oil & Filters, & checking and reporting on any other problems with the vehicle. Prices start from £60.00

Q. How often should I change the timing belt on my Subaru Impreza?

A. We would recommend that you change your timing belt every 45,000 miles or 3 years whichever comes sooner.

Q. Do you perform pre MOT Checks & can you MOT my car?

A. Yes, we are more than happy to make sure that your vehicle will pass the MOT inspection & then arrange for the MOT to be carried out on your behalf.

Q. How much does the MOT cost?

A. £44.15 is the current price, but it can of course change at any time, If you want us to MOT your car, phone or E Mail for an up to date price.

Q. My wife also drives, but it’s not a Subaru can you service her car?

A. Yes, we certainly can, anything from Mini’s to 4x4’s !

Q. What Oil should I use in my Japanese Imported Subaru?

A. We would recommend Castrol GTX Magnatex, semi synthetic.

Q. My Subaru Impreza seems to be over boosting, what do you suggest?

A. This could be any one of a number of problems, we would recommend that you bring your car to us for examination.

Q. What is the best way to improve the performance of my Subaru WRX?

A. Our customers have found that a new set of spark plugs, panel air filter & full decat exhaust system increases their horse power, economy & throttle response.

Q. I need to replace the break pads on my Subaru Impreza, what do you recommend?

A.Carbone Lorraine break pads are a must for high performance. Prices start from £155 fitted.

Q. I have an engine management light showing on my dash, can you fix it?

A. Yes, just bring the car to us, we can perform a diagnostic code read, this will tell us exactly what problems you have. Diagnostic test costs £35.00

Q. Do you re-build engines? A. Yes prices start from £2300.
